Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Wepets Singapore.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
1) You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
2) Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Wepets.
3) Service refers to the Website.
4) Website refers to Wepets, accessible from www.wepets.sg
5) Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
6) Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1) The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
2) The Goods are in the original & sealed packaging. Broken seals will not be accepted.
3) Please ensure that at least 6 months of shelf life if the product is a perishable item.
4) Please contact our customer support team directly to initiate a return.
5) Please bring along a print out of the order confirmation email and also the return product once an appointed date and time has been arranged.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
1) The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
2) The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
3) The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
4) The supply of Goods which was purchased with discount or promotional codes or vouchers.
5) The application for Returns by customers who had request history of more than 3 times.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our Customer Support Team, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 14 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email for further assistance.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not receive a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
